Classic traditional dim sum done very well.

From a Chinese perspective this is Excellent dim sum. Flavours are "ho ching" and seasoning is on point. Classic HK flavours and traditional dim sum menu. My uncle (retired chef) says its the only place he will have dim sum. No frills, just good dumplings.
