Das Fabio Restaurant unter neuer Leitung ist ein Highlight für Liebhaber von mexikanischer, italienischer und türkischer Küche! Die Speisen sind ein Genuss, authentisch, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zubereitet. Egal ob Tacos, Pizza oder Kebap, hier stimmt die Qualität. Der neue türkische Besitzer ist ein echtes Plus. Er ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und spricht erstaunlich gut Deutsch, obwohl er noch nicht lange hier ist. Sein herzlicher Umgang hat mich sofort an Hape Kerkelings Darstellung eines orientalischen Schachspielers erinnert, die Stimme, die Art zu reden, einfach ein charmanter Zufall, der mich innerlich schmunzeln ließ (natürlich nicht böse gemeint!). Er schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre, die das Essen noch angenehmer macht. Für Familien ist das Restaurant auch ideal. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz und ein Trampolin! Der Gastgarten ist nett gestaltet, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, was sehr praktisch ist. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, Kartenzahlung ist aktuell nicht möglich, aber ich hoffe, dass das bald kommt. Die Tische im Gastgarten würde ich tauschen, da stößt man sich gerne das Knie. Die Hintergrundmusik könnte etwas mehr Pep vertragen. Statt „Kronehit“ würde ich mir authentische, lebhafte Musik im mexikanischen, italienischen oder türkischen Stil wünschen, das würde die Atmosphäre vielleicht noch mehr aufwerten. Der vorbeifahrende Zug alle fünf Minuten ist etwas störend, aber mit passender Musik könnte man das geschickt kaschieren. Auch die Lieferboten, die wie überall glauben sie seien bei der Formel 1, erfordern ein bisschen Vorsicht beim Ein- und Ausparken. Alles in allem ist das Fabio Restaurant ein Ort, den ich gerne wieder besuchen werde!
