Wir kennen das Lokal schon einige Jahre und kommen immer wieder hier her um unseren Gaumen zu erfreuen. Nachdem man zum Tisch geführt wurde, werden mehrere Grüße aus der Küche, sowie das Gedeck zum Aperativ serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und freundlich, sodass man sich auf den kulinarischen Genuss einlassen kann. Da Menü (4 oder 7 Gänge) wird vom Chef zusammengestellt und auf Wunsch (z.B. Unverträglichkeiten, Abneigungen gegen bestimmte Geschmäcker) adaptiert. Eine Weinbegleitung ist zwar relativ teuer, aber es unterstreicht die Geschmäcker der verschiedenen Gänge auf angenehmste Art und ist deshalb zu empfehlen. Mittlerweile hat Rossbarth neben den 4 Hauben auch einen Michelin Stern. Aus meiner Sicht, der ich öfter meinen Gaumen verwöhnen lasse, sind diese Auszeichnungen sehr verdient. Auch wenn der Preis hoch erscheint, ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut okay.
