XVI) fue derribado (c. 1900, la edad de los edificios construidos sobre su solar en la calle Manuel Cárdenas, que mantienen algunos restos), pero se conoce con este nombre porque está en la plaza homónima. Centro cultural municipal con exposiciones temáticas.
