Das Restaurant ist etwas altbacken eingerichtet, da ich aber zum Essen gekommen bin und nicht einziehen wollte, ist das Ambiente für mich nur sekundär. Der Backfisch gehört mit Sicherheit zu den besten in Hamburg. Der Pedant auf der Veddel ist in meinen Augen keinesfalls besser. Tatsächlich wird auf Anfrage eine Remoulade serviert, die fettiger und Mayonnaise lastiger nicht sein konnte. Dafür und nur dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Preisleistung und Hauptgericht sind fast unschlagbar.

War sehr leckerer Fisch! Das einzige was man auf jeden Fall verbessern kann/sollte ist zumindest etwas Remoulade oder Ähnliches zum Fisch und Bratkartoffeln zu servieren war recht trocken ohne Dip/Sauce.. Fisch selber hat überzeugt
