Ein wunderschöner Abend mit Blick auf die Elbe, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal und sehr leckerem und schön angerichteten Gerichten. Wir werden ganz sicher nochmal vorbeikommen.

Мы посетили этот ресторан в честь моего дня рождения, и впечатления остались неоднозначные. Сначала о плюсах. Интерьер заведения невероятно красивый и стильный, а панорамный вид на реку просто завораживает. Это идеальное место для тех, кто ищет эстетическое наслаждение. Кухня также заслуживает высшей похвалы: блюда были не только очень вкусными, но и выглядели как произведения искусства. Подача — безупречна. Однако, к сожалению, наш вечер был омрачён крайне неприятным обслуживанием. Мы планировали провести спокойный вечер, но наш официант постоянно нас торопил. Сразу после заказа закусок он настоятельно требовал выбрать горячие блюда, ссылаясь на то, что кухня закрывается в 21:00. При этом ресторан работает до полуночи, и мы видели, как гостей принимали и после 21:00, и им приносили еду. Такое отношение создало ощущение, что нам не рады. Ещё один неприятный момент был связан с празднованием моего дня рождения. Мы несколько раз предупреждали официанта об этом событии, но он это полностью проигнорировал. Десерт был вынесен без традиционного фейерверка, а когда муж напомнил ему об этом, официант вернулся с фейерверком, просто воткнутым в стакан со льдом. Этот жест был воспринят как откровенное пренебрежение. В итоге, несмотря на прекрасную кухню, красивый интерьер и вид, общее впечатление было испорчено из-за непрофессионального и грубого обслуживания. Хотелось бы, чтобы персонал соответствовал высокому уровню самого заведения.
