Liebes MASH Hamburg Team, obwohl ich schon oft bei euch war, schreibe ich heute zum ersten Mal eine Bewertung – und zwar, weil ich mich für den tollen Service bedanken möchte. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Daniel, der uns bedient hat: Er war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und dabei angenehm offen und herzlich. Ich persönlich schätze diese Art sehr, wenn man auf einer Wellenlänge miteinander kommunizieren kann – egal, ob man Gast ist oder dort arbeitet. Für ihn zählt in erster Linie der Mensch, und das hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend, und dank Daniels Bemühungen haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Er war stets präsent, hat sich engagiert um alles gekümmert und so einen richtig schönen Abend ermöglicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünschen euch weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles Gute!
