Ich esse oft dort, weil mein Atelier gegenüber ist. Die Bun ist der Hammer aber auch andere Gerichte. Alles Super!

Gutes Essen mit Abstrichen bei Hygiene und Herzlichkeit Ich esse regelmäßig beim Asia-Imbiss Bok in Hamburg-Wandsbek – besonders die knusprige Ente und das knusprige Hähnchen sind sehr lecker und preislich absolut fair. Auch das Ambiente ist für einen Imbiss positiv überraschend: Man kann gemütlich sitzen und sogar einen Blick in die Küche werfen. Allerdings gibt es zwei klare Schwachstellen: Hygiene: Immer wieder steht eine große Pfütze im Gastraum, offenbar aus der Küche kommend. Ob Spülwasser oder etwas anderes – es wirkt einfach unhygienisch und ist jedes Mal ein kleiner Dämpfer, wenn man eigentlich mit Appetit gekommen ist. Service: Die weiblichen Kräfte sind meistens freundlich. Der männliche Tresenmitarbeiter hingegen wirkt stumm wie ein Fisch. Kein Blickkontakt, kein „Hallo“, kein „Bitte schön“. Wer hier als Gast reinspaziert, hat eher das Gefühl, nicht weiter aufzufallen – was schade ist, denn ein einfaches Willkommen würde schon viel ausmachen. Parkplätze gibt’s fast immer direkt vor der Tür, was den Besuch praktisch macht. Insgesamt: Essen gut, Lage gut, aber im Service und bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben.
