Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt und anstatt die Lieferoption auszuwählen, habe ich aus Versehen „Abholung“ angeklickt. Dann habe ich im Restaurant angerufen, um zu fragen, ob man das ändern kann, aber der Typ hat mich sofort unterbrochen und gesagt, sie hätten keine Bestellung erhalten! Ich habe ihm immer wieder erklärt, dass ich bereits über Lieferando bezahlt habe, aber er hat darauf bestanden, dass keine Bestellung bei ihnen eingegangen ist. Ich bin total genervt. Lieferando sagt, die Bestellung sei bestätigt, aber das Restaurant behauptet immer noch, es gäbe keine Bestellung!
