Ich habe sehr lange nach einem Hot Pot Restaurant gesucht. In Hamburg bin ich dann endlich fündig geworden. Das Restaurant ist zudem eins der wenigen die ich kenne, die in der aktuellen Zeit angekommen sind. Bestellt wird mit dem eigenen Handy. Dadurch fällt das lästige "entschuldigung wir würden gerne...) weg. Ruck Zuck waren Getränke und Essen am Tisch. Jede Nachbestellung hat ebenfalls nur wenig Minuten gedauert. Sicherlich lag dass auch daran, dass digital bestellt wurde. Sollte in jedem Restaurant so eingeführt werden. Das Essen selber war der absolute Hammer. Ich war selbst in China und habe keinen großen Unterschied geschmeckt. Top. Einzig der Preis war meiner Meinung nach doch Recht hoch. Wir hatten zwar mehrere Getränke, aber ca. 32€ für ein Buffet ist doch recht hoch. Man darf aber nicht vergessen, dass es sich um all you can eat handelt. Der Hot Pot wurde auch immer wieder nachgefüllt wenn man wollte. Bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Hamburg komme ich 100% wieder hier vorbei. Das Hotpot & Grill Restaurant gehört ab sofort definitiv zu meinen Top Empfehlung.

Richtig toller Service, wir durften uns umsetzen, weil ich an der Tür so gefroren habe. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, alle super freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Leckerer Ort für Hot Pot. Bedienung teilweise sehr informativ (bezüglich Info wie man bestellt bzw. Bestellung direkt aufnimmt) oder Desinteresse ( Anhand QR Code selber rausfinden, wie es funktioniert) all you can eat buffet übersichtlich. Sortiment fürs Hot Pot gut und lecker
