Ich hab Spaghetti cabonara mitgenommen und entdeckte in mein Essen verpackungsstücke und Gummi was mitgekocht wurde oder im essen war. Zu geizig für Käse und schlecht gekocht. Hab dadurch Übelkeit.

Essen muss man nicht ein Cappuccino trinken ok Ciao Bella im Elbe Einkaufszentrum ist qualitativ sehr viel besser im Service und das Essen Ich esse eigentlich sehr gerne bei Ciao Bella aber nur im Elbe Einkaufszentrum und nicht im Alstertal- Einkaufszentrum

Nicht für einzelne Gäste zu empfehlen. Bedienung hat mich ignoriert, Gäste die nach mir kamen wurden direkt angesprochen und nach ihren Wünschen gefragt. Samstagnachmittag- es waren vielleicht 4 Tische besetzt- ich war die einzige die zu dem Zeitpunkt alleine dort war. Es gab nicht die Möglichkeit Blickkontakt aufzunehmen, da sehr gezielt (meiner Wahrnehmung nach) von beiden Servicekräften nicht in meine Richtung geschaut wurde- auch als sie am Tisch ganz in der Nähe waren. Ich bin dann gegangen, wurde fragend angeschaut und auf meine Info dass sie mich ignoriert hätten, mit einem laschen Tschuldigung abgefertigt. Leider bereits die zweite negative Erfahrung mit dieser Kette, auch an einem anderen Standort lief es nicht gut.
