Hatte mich per Telefon über die Verfügbarkeit von online nicht verfügbaren Produkten erkundigt. Schon am Telefon war die Mitarbeiterin super freundlich und hilfsbereit (Frau F.) Durch ihre Hilfe konnte ich am nächsten Tag alles bekommen, was online nicht möglich war. Auch vor Ort war Frau F. zusammen mit ihrer Kollegin super hilfreich und freundlich. Wer etwas bei Tchibo sucht - AEZ ist jetzt meine erste Wahl. Man konnte Frau F. genau anmerken, dass sie ihre Arbeit gerne macht - und genau das strahlt sie aus. Wer auch immer ihr Vorgesetzter oder Vorgesetzte ist - HERZLICHEN GLÜCKWUNSCH!
