매장은 꽤나 크지만, 음식도 기다리는 시간도 지금끼지 중에 최악입니다. 프라이는 너무 눅눅해서 땅에 묻으면 싹이 날 것 같고, 포스기는 절반은 작동을 하지 않으며 두 개의 포스기에 오류가 나서 결국 카운터에서 주문해야 했습니다. 총 기다린 시간은 40분 가량으로, 수십명의 사람들 사이 끼어 오류가 난 디스플레이를 보며 정만 짜증이 났습니다. 저녁 시간대에 사람이 백 명 가까이 몰리는데 주방 인원을 충원하거나 하다못해 주문번호가 나오는 디스플레이를 고쳐서 사람들이 자신의 주문을 잊은 건 아닐지 고민하게 하는 짓을 멈춰야 합니다. 매니저가 제정신이라면, 저녁 시간 주방 인원을 적어도 2명은 더 늘려야 할 겁니다. 내가 이 리뷰를 보는 사람이라면, 적어도 저녁 시간대에 이곳을 오는 멍청한 짓은 하지 않을 것입니다.

Sämsta donken i Sveriges historia. Alltid mycket folk, alltid stökigt, får vänta 20+ minuter på en meny, de gör fel på beställningar varje gång vi beställer med sambo och dotter och de glömmer böcker/leksaker i Happy Meals, glömmer alltid en dricka, igår beställde jag extra sås på Big Mac men fick *ingen* sås alls. Alltid något fel på beställning och personalen är för överstressade för kunna ge någon service. Och kassan är det sämsta jag vart med om, så otroligt trångt vid uthämtningsdisken efter ombygget med nya beatällnings maskinerna. Att stänga donken vid Clas Ohlson var det sämsta beslutet någonsin i Nordstan för nu måste man gå hit om man vill käka donken. Vi går inte hit längre för det är alltid problem och tråkig atmosfär med utländska familjer som låter sina 5 barn gå vilda inne i resturangen utan tillsägelse.
