Tyvärr har Max som helhet helt tappat stinget och fallit från en solklar första plats till att bli sistahandsvalet. Just ikväll hade vi inget val utan fick lov äta på Max Norra Hamngatan. Hamburgarna som serverades var kalla, pommesen smaklös och mjuk, alla ingredienserna till hamburgarna fanns inte och byttes ut mot andra av personalen. Personalen hanterade livsmedel så som kött, ost och lök med bara händerna och torkade sedan av sig på förklädena/umiformerna. Pommes vidrördes flera ggr med händerna av personalen som sprang mellan kassan och pommesen utan att tvätta händerna mellan. Till råga på allt var väntetiden dessutom 15+ minuter, trots tre ordrar före våra två hamburgermenyer.
