Alles korteketen en fair trade, een plaats waar mensen die begeleiding nodig hebben door hun beperking laten zien dat iedereen de boel kan runnen. Zowel de bediening als de keuken zijn hun werkplekken. Een mooi voorbeeld dat anders zijn ook gewoon is.
