Als je in Gent bent en zin hebt in een gezonde, smaakvolle brunch, is O’yo aan de Brabantdam een absolute aanrader. Het restaurant straalt een ontspannen, natuurlijke sfeer uit. De bowl barst van de verse toppings: banaan, aardbei, blauwe bes, framboos, kokos en granola zorgen voor een frisse, zoete start van de dag! De avocadotoast is klassiek maar goed uitgevoerd: rijk belegd met smeuïge avocado, kleurrijke kerstomaten en een topping van hennepzaadjes voor een gezonde crunch. Alles op een stevige, vers geroosterde snee brood. De pannenkoekjes zijn luchtig en licht krokant, geserveerd met een royale portie granola, vers fruit en een dot yoghurt. Iets hogere prijsklasse, maar de kwaliteit maakt dat meer dan goed!
