Erg mooie, sfeervolle zaak. Vriendelijke en stijlvolle bediening. We waren met 5 en alle gerechten waren tiptop. De vol-au-vent en Caesar salade hadden mooie stukken kip. De steak tartaar was erg lekker. Kortom genoten en zeker een aanrader.

Als ze hier in vorm zijn, is dit een geweldige plek. Met een uitstekende zesrib en lekkere frieten. (En trouwens ook een zeer goede vol-au-vent.) Gelegen in het Gentse operagebouw is dit een elegante brasserie met grootstedelijke allures. De bediening is vaak al even zwierig. Helaas zijn er ook dagen waarop zowel eten als bediening een stuk minder zijn. Dan is het hier zijn geld niet waard.

Super en vlotte bediening. Sfeer was top zoals de locatie. Shoot out naar de vriendelijke heer Jasper die ons bedient heeft.
