Ik wou enthousiast zijn, maar was toch teleurgesteld. Heel mooi initiatief, en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Ik probeerde twee glutenvrije dingen, en die waren jammer genoeg alle twee nogal droog en smakeloos. Ik weet natuurlijk niet hoe de producten met gluten proeven. (P.S. De producten met en zonder gluten lagen gewoon tegen elkaar aan, dus zeker niet veilig voor mensen met coeliakie)
