We go to Paul Gent often because they have delicious pastry .... But that's it. As far as service is concerned, this is an abomination. First of all, I speak in Dutch and the personnel barely understands what l am saying. When I order something online the evening before collecting it, things in my order are missing because they 'are already sold out'. Online orders always get prioritized since you get a confirmation. This is terrible customer service. The server was extremely rude to me, yelling to me that 'it was always something with me'. When I got the order and one of the items was missing, I had to ask myself for a refund of the missing item. She handed me the money much against her will. It is a real shame because the food they have (especially the pastries) is really nice. It depends on which server you get.

Una quiche que vam demanar van trigar 20 minuts a portar-la quan havien dit que en 5 estaria llesta, no hauria passat res si no fos perquè teníem pressa.
