Wat een ervaring. Alsof je een huiskamer binnen stapt waar ter plekke voor je wordt gekookt. En de gastvrouw/chef. Wat een topper. Zo lief en weet wat ze doet. Ga je naar Gent. Geen twijfel. Hier moet je heen.

I wish there were more restaurants like this where it's not about following the latest trends or a "concept". This business has a soul, it's a clear reflection of the owner's character and interests. The open flame, charming interior and classic french music (Charles Trenet etc.) create a unique nostalgic atmosphere. As the whole restaurant (both kitchen and service) is run by one person, the lady owner, it feels almost like you are dining in someone's living room. To run a whole restaurant by yourself while serving consistent quality deserves a lot of respect.
