Ik zal maar beginnen met mijn eindconclusie: fantastisch restaurant! Je dient te reserveren en daarbij aan te duiden welk menu je wenst. Een beetje ongewoon maar zeer makkelijk. Je weet wat je krijgt en het maakt dat alles vlot verloopt. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, leuke inrichting. Men handelt alles af met twee maar dat lukt blijkbaar perfect. Het eten is super. Zeer lekkere smaakcombinaties en de gerechten worden dus gedeeld. We genoten van het eten, de sfeer en het totaalconcept. Ik persoonlijk vond het een beetje jammer dat er geen halve flessen wijn ter beschikking zijn maar de wijntjes per glas zijn meer dan ok. Wij komen gegarandeerd terug ook omdat de prijs-kwaliteit top is. Doe zo verder!

Every dish was perfectly balanced, from the delicate sauces to the beautifully prepared vegetables. It’s one of those meals that makes you wish you could give more than five stars. A true standout experience in Gent — warm, personal, and utterly delicious.
