tornato ieri dopo moltissimo tempo, ambiente, cibo e servizio sempre eccellenti. insalata di stoccafisso tiepida con patate, pomodorini e olive taggiasche ottimo piatto per non appesantirsi con le temperature attuali, ma non ho comunque potuto resistere ad un primo piatto che non mangiavo da troppo tempo: pansoti con salsa di noci spettacolari, con tanto di noci sbriciolate non solo a guarnizione del piatto ma ad esaltarne il sapore. il dolce è stata una più che piacevole sorpresa: prima volta che ho assaggiato la cheesecake al basilico con scaglie di cioccolata, freschissima e molto ben bilanciata. spero non passi troppo prima di poter tornare nuovamente, perché 'C'era Una Volta - Trattoria Artigianale' per me è ormai punto fisso per la scoperta o ri-scoperta dei sapori della cucina genovese.
