Cena fantastica, provato il menù degustazione 'classici' di 7 portate, tutto fantastico dall' amuse-bouche al dessert, crudo veramente buono, cappon magro mangiato per la prima volta ma me ne son innamorato, i Tortelli al pesto squisiti, ma lo spaghetto Martini cocktail e caviale con gin taggiasco preparato al tavolo veramente sublime, poi il pesce alla brace che è qualcosa che adoro sempre, fritto leggero e buono, semifreddo al riso con sorbetto al basilico particolare, poi vari tipi di pane e grissini e focaccia, possibilità di cenare in terrazza con ottimo panorama sul porto di Genova, personale disponibile, accogliente e cordiale, per la qualità, il servizio, l'ambiente e il prezzo non posso che consigliarlo! Ottima esperienza, dopo 5 giorni di trekking posso dire di aver concluso in bellezza decisamente!

Siamo rimasti così entusiasti della prima esperienza che siamo tornati a distanza di due giorni! La prima volta abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione da 5 portate, la seconda volta due piatti più il dolce. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la grande flessibilità nel personalizzare i menu e la gentilezza dello staff: alla seconda visita ci hanno persino dato la possibilità di provare dolci diversi, visto che due li avevamo già assaggiati. Servizio attento, cordiale e sempre professionale. Una menzione speciale per alcuni piatti indimenticabili: spaghetti Martini e caviale, tortelli al pesto e riso mantecato alla borragine. Nota di merito alla brigata di cucina a vista, che lavora con precisione e passione: è uno spettacolo vederli all’opera. siamo rimasti colpiti non solo dalla qualità, ma anche dalla generosità delle porzioni: questo stellato sa coniugare fine dining e generosità. Grazie e alla prossima!
