Esperienza sorprendente, migliore di altri stellati. Il percorso degustazione, abbiamo preso quello stagionale, era perfettamente abbinato a vini di qualità, in particolare quello del dolce. La presentazione artistica dei piatti si lega meravigliosamente ai loro gusti complessi ed unici anche se il percorso non tralascia la semplicità e la qualità dei gusti di Genova. Lo staff è giovane ma preparato e ha grande cura dei dettagli, nonostante il clima elegante sono riusciti a farci sentire a nostro agio e ad insegnarci anche qualcosa. La location mozzafiato è perfetta per chi adora i palazzi e gli affreschi. Non rinunciate al caffè a fine pasto! È differente dal classico espresso, ma sopratutto viene accompagnato da una “box” di piccola pasticceria di ottima qualità. Aggiungo solo alcune foto (e non tutte) per non rovinarvi la sorpresa, da provare!
