Durman, Boris ainsi que toute leur équipe savent recevoir et proposer avec un tel naturel qu’on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. La cuisine est un délice : chaque plat est préparé avec beaucoup – vraiment beaucoup – d’amour. À chaque bouchée, vous voyagez à travers la Syrie et le Liban, porté par des saveurs authentiques et généreuses. On y goûte la passion et le plaisir de partager. Excellent moment au Palmyre ! J’y retournerai tout bientôt. Il y avait du choix et d’autant plus de saveurs ! L’équipe est au top. Rien à redire… y aller les yeux fermés (la bouche ouverte).
