Crazy lines on early summer evenings, and prices are steep, but good quality gelato and always new original flavours.

En tant qu’habituée de Gelatomania, je tiens à partager mon expérience, notamment en ce qui concerne le point de vente à Champel. Les glaces sont tout simplement excellentes — à mon avis, les meilleures de Genève — ce qui explique sans surprise l’affluence constante. Je suis peinée de lire certains commentaires négatifs, souvent centrés sur le service. Bien sûr, chacun a le droit de partager son ressenti, mais il me semble important de rappeler que derrière le comptoir, ce sont des jeunes qui travaillent dur, souvent sous une chaleur accablante, avec des horaires exigeants. Il est facile de critiquer, plus difficile de se mettre à leur place. En tant que résidente de Champel, je connais aussi la clientèle… parfois exigeante, souvent peu patiente, et pas toujours bienveillante. Il est regrettable que certains prennent le temps d’écrire uniquement lorsqu’ils sont mécontents, mais jamais pour souligner les efforts quotidiens de ces jeunes qui font preuve d’une grande patience, même face à des comportements peu respectueux. Merci à l’équipe de Gelatomania pour votre travail et votre constance, malgré les défis. Vous avez tout mon soutien.
