Les équipes hypers gentilles, tout est bon, mais laisser la porte ouverte en hiver pour mieux attirer le client …! C est vraiment une règle de marketing absurde du temps des cavernes. Le client profite de sa commande pour se réchauffer. Et là…on a juste envie d aller ailleurs.Et tous les clients que je croise sont d accord. Fermer la porte en hiver rendrait le lieu bien plus accueillant.
