Il m'a pris 3 francs et 20 centimes pour un seul document. et le document était en noir et blanc. La raison est qu'il m'a acheté 1 heure d'utilisation d'Internet et le monsieur a pris 20 centimes au lieu de 10 centimes pour l'utilisation d'Internet qu'il m'a donnée. Ce n’est pas une situation normale.
