Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen dort und haben vorher online reserviert. Vom Ambiente her darf man an der Strasse nicht viel erwarten. Der Service war überragend und der Kellner kümmerte sich sofort. Wir haben das gegrillte Gemüse mit Patatas Bravas und verschiedene Fleischsorten sowie die große Grillplatte bestellt. Das Fleisch wurde auf heißen Steinplatten auf einem Rechaud serviert und war somit perfekt temperiert. Leider muss man zu den Fleischgerichten Katoffeln oder Gemüse extra bestellen. Die Pommes waren super, aber die Portion etwas zu klein. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten und perfekt gewürzt. Zusätzlich wird Trüffelöl gereicht. Und wegen dem Fleisch waren wir auch da. Das war nahezu perfekt und sowas können die Argentinier schon sehr gut. Also wer gut gegrilltes Fleisch mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer mehr Hunger hat, sollte sich Kartoffeln oder Gemüse dazubestellen. Der Rest war ok. Pro Person haben wir ca. 35 Euro mit Getränken und einer Flasche Wein ausgegeben.

We went to this place on our first night in town. While we had not planed to eat non-Valencian food during our short vacation, our 4 year old was not feeling well and his favorite food is picanha from Brazilian churrasquerias, so Che Tango was a natural pick being only a block away from our hotel. We were not disapointed! Small, intimate, unpretentious place. We were tended to by the owner himself who was so attentive and friendly. I explained to him that our son likes steak rare and in abundance and he had just the thing. Upon bringing the steak to the table, the owner made sure that it was cooked to our son's taste by slicing it and asking if we wanted it more cooked. We also ordered three glasses of wine, and he brought us a whole bottle, advising us that it was cheaper to get the bottle. We ordered the mixed grill, and this stuff was fantastic. I have always liked small hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop eateries and this one did not disappoint. If you are a meat eater, an aficionado of south American grilled meats or just enjoy good, personalized service at small eateries, you should go to Che Tango often and frequently. We sure will come back on our next visit to town.
