Solid place for Korean food. Everything we ordered tasted great with a great portion. Galbi is particularly tender and juicy. Of course, the tofu soup is the staple here that you shouldn't miss. Still the steal of the show is the banchan, especially the fish cakes! It is warm, thick, and flavorful! Another thing I like here is the hospitality of the hosts here. They are attentive and helpful. This is definitely one of the authentic Korean restaurants I am willing to come back in SF.

My Tofu House is one of those spots that always hits the spot when you’re craving Korean comfort food. The soondubu (soft tofu stew) is the star—rich, flavorful, and customizable with your choice of spice level and add-ins. The banchan (side dishes) are fresh and plentiful, and the sizzling stone-pot rice adds that perfect crispy layer. The space is casual and lively, service is quick, and portions are generous. Definitely a go-to for a warm, satisfying meal in the city.

What stood out to me was their service! They were great and attentive to their customers....always filling up your water and asking if you need anything else, even more banchan. The food was to my liking....not too salty and spicy for my sensitive tummy. We had potsticker soup, seafood soup, seafood pancake, kalbi beef and bbq chicken. The fried fish in the banchan and barbecue chicken was my husband's favorite with rice. The noise level was enough to comfortably hang out and catch up with our visiting friends. Will be back soon.
