Barshu 巴蜀，要不是看到一排小字“经典川菜”，差点以为是Shushi Bar的倒装句。我们是头一天路过这里时无意看到的，第二天来吃了午饭，好吃、正宗、中国胃得到了安慰。厨师水平在海外来说可以和纽约的川菜媲美。口水鸡拌料鲜香爽口；水煮牛的花椒粉是国内寄来的，成菜麻辣鲜嫩；鱼香茄子煲酸甜鲜辣，非常下饭。 We walked by the previous day during our trip to Copenhagen and noticed they serve Sichuan dish and came the next day for lunch. As a Sichuan native, I can say the dishes are as good as what you can get in New York. The fragrance of the chili oil, the freshness of Sichuan peppercorn, the control of temperature and time of cooking are all top notch.

Highly recommend. Definitely the most authentic Chinese food you will find in Copenhagen. I lived super close so popped in one night for a solo dinner and was not disappointed. Definitely felt homesick for some nyc Chinese food and this honestly really hit the spot!!! Really tasty, had some classic dishes I didn’t think you could get in Denmark. Also the waitresses were wonderful and instantly 跟我讲中文—谢谢你们：）will definitely be back if I live in Copenhagen again!!

Service was better than in other places, but the food is not great. Some dishes have no picture on I Pad so it's difficult to predict what the dish will look like. The menu is very vast, that's a good thing. But dumplings/gyoza do not taste like freshly made, but frozen. That's a downside, as a result I could not eat soup with shrimps dumplings, also there were no shrimps inside but some sort of paste that did not taste like shrimps at all. The chicken fried rice was fine. Overall, I would not consider coming back. Nothing memorable.
