Fuimos tres personas a comer y las tres salimos encantadas y con muchas (pero muchas) ganas de volver. El personal de lo mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo, un trato exquisito. Y la comida…sin palabras la verdad, y casi sin fotos porque tenia todo tan buena pinta que necesitabas meterle bocado en el momento, te quedas con ganas de llevarte a los chefs a casa y que te repitan los platos todos los días. Sitio de 10!

Nos decidimos por Indomito por la buenas opiniones en redes sociales. El chef Martín nos explicó que él decide el menú de unos 5/6 platos y 2 postres. De los 6 platos solo 1 fué al medio para compartir y los postres fueron los 2 para compartir. El nivel del calamar y la merluza de Celeiro fue TOP. Sólo nos decepcionó un poco el cordero pero tampoco es nuestro plato favorito. El servicio fue muy amable y cercanos.
