Desde hace muchos años me gusta comer tarta de Moka por mi cumpleaños. Ya nadie las hace, y nadie las hace como antes. Se la han encargado y tengo que felicitar a quien la haya hecho, ya que es tal cual a las que me comía hace 25 años. No conozco muchos sitios donde la hagan, y ya no digo donde la hagan bien. Así que enhorabuena, porque da gusto ver que hay cosas que se siguen haciendo con profesionalidad y esmero.
