Exzellentes Essen, das aber so auch in jeder anderen Stadt für diesen Preis erwartet werden kann. Sehr ambitioniertes Up-Selling. Sehr hohe Service Geschwindigkeit, da Tische an einem Abend doppelt besetzt werden. Stimmung im Personal angespannt, und das bei offener Küche mit Essen an der Theke. 50% teurer als Alzak mit drei Sternen. Letztendlich ein Konzept, das man in San Sebastian nicht unterstützen muss.

Fantastic food. Dare I say much better than Akelare (we went there a day before). I’m still thinking of some of the dishes days later. I also loved the crew, so passionate about what they do and you can see the kitchen from your bar seat. Cannot recommend enough.

Best dining experience me and my (fresh:) husband ever had. Every course was tasteful, special and fun! The dinner was a weddinggift from our parents. The staff placed a weird but funny photoshopped picture of them to welcome us, as requested by them. Very friendly staff and great playlist !
