A half decent spa experience. At £50 for 2 hours, I didn't find it to be the best value for money for the lack of facilities there. I have been to spas with more choice and you can have longer there for the same price. The pool, hydro pool and sauna are all great and spacious compared with other spas, but the lack of steam room was disappointing. Only one cubicle available for changing which isn't enough when more than one person wants to change in private. The changing area is very cramped with lack of enough space on the bench for the amount of people in there. No slippers/ flip flops provided which meant you either had to have your own or go barefoot. I know that chlorine is to be expected in a pool, but it was incredibly strong smelling and there was nowhere to really escape from that. The views across the bay are beautiful and it's great that they can be seen by stepping out onto the balcony - is just a bit of a shame that it can't be seen from the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were great with my friend who is disabled

My first ever Spa experience and I loved it. I’m a non swimmer so the fact that there wasn’t many people there was wonderful. I loved the hydrotherapy pool and the main pool was a good temperature too. Warmer than my local council pool. Good to see the water quality being checked. More chairs and places for belongings would probably be a good idea.
