We were sceptical attendees of the fire and ice event, but quickly put at ease by Josh and converts to the benefits of cold water! The fun, encouraging and supportive atmosphere he created really made our experience invigorating and exciting! We came away from the experience euphoric but calm, and yes we had the best nights sleep! Its no wonder this experience is always booked out!

The yoga and wellness retreat was fabulous. The 4 different sessions were so good, a great mix of experiences and the instructors were great. Would highly recommend. The venue is so lovely and we had perfect blue skies just to top it off.

I brought the Fire & Ice beginner's experience for my partner as a gift. We travelled 3 and a half hours for this experience and boy was it worth the drive! We had an amazing couple of hours with Josh and Broadie, really enjoyed it, some great takeaway tips and will definitely go back. Would recommend this, it's a must do!!!
