Really easy to find, not cheap, especially given I had to pay for my 9yr old who clearly wasn't going to play as its an area aimed at under 5yrs Really disappointing selection of (expensive cakes). No skimmed milk No squash (usually places like this have jugs!) No brown bread for toast. A very luke warm cappuccino that cost £3!!! Website says 'you can't bring food' yet the place was half full of people with their own food. £25 for a 2hr afternoon out- id definitely think of better value places Lovely little place but Illots if issues for me. The staff were ok, think a little work on their customer service skills are needed

We went here with our grandaughter over Easter and had a fantastic time. There was extra fun and excitement provided by the Easter Bunny and an Easter egg hunt with prizes. The place is put together with great imagination, and obviously done by people who really care about and understand children. As well as the great softplay areas, there are little bridges, tunnels and nooks to explore with reading areas or kitchens in them. The staff are lovely - really friendly and very helpful. I've read a couple of reviews where people don't like the low seating and tables...but in my view these are ideal for adults and children to sit on/at as long as you watch they don't grab your hot drinks - but this is something you'd always expect to do with small children around anyway. The booking system ensures it's not too busy. Our hot chocolate was delicious. I would recommend taking a jumper, as it can feel a bit cool when you first arrive, but once you start running around with the children, you soon warm up. A really magical place...and the best softplay experience we've ever had. Highly recommend.
