We came last night to the rave and bounce 6-8pm. The music was epic, the atmosphere was brilliant. The workers worked hard one lad was constantly hoovering.

First visit impression: On entry it felt like absolute Mahem. The entrance is too dark, it wasn’t evident who was queuing for what ie food or payment area, not enough space for long queues. The refreshment and payment area need to be swapped around or the whole area completely revamped and separated. The place to pay should be first point available on entering. Children under 2 should not be with children under 7, it was concerning to see so many of them barely walking at risk on the trampolines with very capable older (5+) children. Fun factor for my 2 grandchildren was wonderful, they want to go back again. Health and safety procedures were kept on top of in the 6+ area, I was impressed with that. I didn’t buy tickets online, because being my first visit I had questions I needed answering, but would probably be happy to pay online next visit.
