Increíble experiencia. El menú evolución es bastante espectacular en texturas, sabores y presentaciones. Desde la cerámica hasta cada emplatado, todo está pensado para dar un paseo de verdad por la evolución humana. Adrian nos guió maravillosamente bien a través de un paseo estupendo por cada etapa. Fueron genial todas sus explicaciones y recomendaciones. Muy recomendable. De verdad. Volveremos sin duda.
