Standupra tökéletesen alkalmas. A balkonülések kifejezetten hangulatosak. Nagyon könnyen megközelíthető, jó helyen van. Az emeleti mosdók viszont nagyon 80-as évek stílusúak, ráférne egy kis felújítás.
