About

From the moment of its inception, the Stoclet Palace gained the reputation of being the sole example of a "total work of art" throughout Belgium. It uniquely combines dozens of architectural directions and styles, among which two "brothers" - Art Nouveau and Modernism - particularly stand out.

The palace features several levels, a rectangular tower, and a hemisphere dome made of white-gray brick with perfect geometric shapes that any perfectionist would envy. Everything in this structure adheres to the established "norm" and does not exceed the boundaries. The garden, the interior, and the exterior decor merge into a single whole, only occasionally highlighted by unusual sculptures and mosaic panels on the walls.
