Nice local pub, decent beer selection but give the food a miss. £15 for a tiny ‘steak burger’ with undercooked chips. Fish and chips with ‘mushy peas’ literally being dry petite pois crushed with a fork! Disappointing.

Just been for a wedding reception. Nice bar staff. A really good reception buffet. One thing to be aware of is the challenging route to the garden. It's all secret doors and staircases. If I could improve it I would put a safer bannister rail on the staircase and I would improve the look of the gentleman's toilets. Otherwise we'll done..
