¡Espectacular! Para mi más que una experiencia culinaria (que también), fue emocional. Los sabores de los pimientos asados en el huevo a baja temperatura, del bonito, de la salsa verde de la merluza… me transportaron a recuerdos de mi infancia. Súper recomendable y para repetir.
