Nachdem uns auf der Karte nichts wirklich so richtig angesprochen hat, haben wir uns auf Empfehlung der Kellnerin für das Menu entschieden. Sie meinte, dass das Menu komplett anders wäre und eine Überraschung. Wir warnen dann ein wenig überrascht, dass es bis auf die Tacos, den Tunfisch und das Desert, alles von der Karte gab. Den Fisch und die Aubergine mochten wir gar nicht und haben die Portion fast komplett zurück gehen lassen. Der Kellner meinte nur: Soll ich es noch ein bisschen stehen lassen oder abräumen?

Great location! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a nice mix of traditional and modern interior. The service was very kind and attentive and our wishes were executed as expected. The starters were absolutely fabulous, we had the broccoli and eggplant burrata. Really unique but balanced flavours. I will remember the eggplant burrata as the taste and consistency really blew my mind. For mains we had a perfectly prepared beef steak and beef cannelloni. Again absolutely amazing and full of flavour. The desserts rounded the experience off with a very unique and balanced taste. Not too sweet but with a nice twist. I think with all the dishes we had you will struggle to find something comparable and all dishes had a strong and well done emphasis on texture and variety of tastes. Overall a fabulous experience and a great end to our trip in bilbao. Highly recommended!
