Buscando LA GILDA perfecta. Esta del Colon”s está rica, ingredientes de buena calidad. Un trozo de pepinillo como punto original, el pan estaba rico he echado de -menos un chorrito de aceite. Pero bien, rica. Por Bilbao dicen que se come muy bien aquí, estoy deseando, cuando coma daré mi opinión

El mejor restaurante de mi viaje a Bilbao. Local, servicio, precio y cocina vasca muy buenos. El trato fue cercano y familiar con sugerencias de la carta. El pincho de tortilla estaba realmente bueno.
