We went for a "vermuteria" experience and were not disappointed. The foie with vermouth jelly, the duck breast with vermouth sauce and the vermouth poached pear were uniformly interesting and delicious. Our only disappointment is that they offer on one type of Italian vermouth. We were really hoping for a selection of Spanish vermouths, which in our opinion are often more interesting. Anyway, will return on our next trip to Bilbao.
