El chico que hace el mejor Ramen de Bilbao y gran parte del mundo es capaz de conseguir que la sensación al probar los primeros fideos sea siempre sorprendente. Jamas le hemos pillado a contrapié, siempre eximio. Además, es humilde, amable, trabajador y te hace siempre sentir bienvenido. El local es también acogedor y cálido, te hace sentir en casa y a la vez en cualquier otra parte.

Wir waren zu zweit zum Abendessen da, und haben direkt einen Platz bekommen. Wir hatten das Essen sehr schnell bekommen. Einmal Ramen und einmal die Ramen ohne Suppe. Beides kam sehr schnell an den Tisch und war lecker. Vom Geschmack her kommt es nicht an Japan heran, aber wenn man Bock auf Ramen hat nur zu empfehlen.
