Sehr gute Bedienung und der Lotus Kuchen war richtig fein. Sandwich sind frisch und ausgewogen. Immer wieder gern.

Leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Wir waren etwa 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss da und haben zwei heisse Schokoladen bestellt. Ich dachte, das geht schnell und man kann in Ruhe noch etwas trinken. Die Zubereitung hat jedoch fast 10 Minuten gedauert, sodass uns am Ende nur 5 bis 10 Minuten blieben. Kurz vor 16 Uhr kam eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an unseren Tisch und sagte, dass jetzt geschlossen werde und wir gehen müssen. Sie fragte, ob wir die Schokolade im Becher mitnehmen wollen – obwohl wir gerade erst zwei Schlucke genommen hatten. Wir verstehen, dass der Laden schliesst – aber ein freundlicher Ton und etwas mehr Kulanz hätten das Erlebnis deutlich verbessert. So haben wir uns eher unwillkommen gefühlt.
