We've come twice for workshop meetings and both times they've screwed up the reservation, saying we should have fewer people, even though the restaurant was empty. They then made a fuss at asking to split the check, evenly, as they had told us we could do when we made the reservation and after we double checked before we even say down. The food was all overly salty and over priced even for Bern standards.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehenswert und sicherlich außergewöhnlich. Dies ist natürlich auch der Grund warum es viele Touristen dorthin zieht. Das Personal ist eher zackig und wohl durch die vielen asiatischen Gäste etwas unsensibel. Das Essen ist ordentlich aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Wegen des sehr schönen historischen Ambiente würde ich es trotzdem empfehlen, die o.g. Einschränkungen muss man dann eben hinnehmen . Abschließend ist ein Besuch in der Bar sehr zu empfehlen - gute Drinks und ebenso außergewöhnliches historisches Ambiente
