Cara signora Leticia sono Luca Castrioto il responsabile del ristorante Manora mi dispiace moltissimo che la sua visita da voi non sia stata secondo le vostre aspettative. Pero' vorrei fare chiarezza su alcuni punti io le ho spiegato prima molto attentamente che il salmone non era compreso nel menu' bambino lei ha preso due salmoni con i contorni ma ne ha pagato solo 1 in piu' non vedo dove lei ha pagato 4.90 fr per il dessert bambino in quanto lei ha preso un dessert da 3.50fr inclusivo nel kinder menù. Vorrei invitarla nuovamente nel nostro ristorante per condividere al meglio un ' altra esperienza insieme a noi. Tantissimi saluti dal Team Manora

With my sons 5 and 4. We pick up the buffet and then at the payment they say the fish was not included in the kids menu and they make me pay 14.40 for a piece of fish and 2 potatos for my kid and the dessert extra 4,90. It is not written that only chicken is for the kids menu!!! Never coming back. A meal for him which should have costed 6,90 in the end was 19 🤡
